MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS CLASSES WHANGAREI HEADS
I’m looking to start evening Meditation & Mindfulness classes in the Whangarei Heads area starting mid-May but would first like to check if there is interest amongst the community.
Meditation is not about clearing the mind; it is simply about being in a relaxed state in which the mind is free of scattered thoughts or over-thinking.
