Children's picture book - great Xmas gift!

Anna from Raumati South

Hi Neighbours, parents and Grandparents,
If you're looking for a book Kiwi kids can relate to, check out my new picture book. It's based on the Tooth Fairy being recognised as an essential worker during the first COVID lockdown.

Read and recommended by Suzy Cato!

As well as a wild-haired, jandal-wearing tooth fairy, it features a couple of national figures you might recognise! Great Christmas gift and I can post to recipient. Easy to purchase online through the link below or through Paper Plus.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
