3D/Laser printing and cutting service

Gina from Paraparaumu

3D printing has become a hobby of mine and brings my family much joy of what can be created with a roll of plastic, we use PLA and PETG. I'd like to share our fun hobby with our community. Whether it be a storage system for your workshop/tool chest like Gridfinity, printing wonderful characters and articulated animals for your grand children or a part for your coffee machine.
We are also able to create simple designs and parts too, so please get in touch and we can see if we can be of service. Or send me an STL file or link to the design you would like to print and colour preference.
We also have a cricut and a 1.5w laser printer printer for etching, engraving and cutting intricate patterns.
Private message only for now, depending on interest I will pop an email on here.
Rates are $10 commission fee, plus $5 per hour of printing/cutting and around $3-5 per 100g of filament used. For laser and cricut materials you may need to be provide these, but please get in touch.
For inspiration, check out some of my prints and the online printing community makerworld: makerworld.com...

Urgent - Bird Rescue required

Rachel from Raumati South

Black Swan stranded on Raumati Beach, by Berts Way. Appears to be able to waddle and swim but can't seem to fly away - even when dogs circle around it barking. Could be one of the young swans from the Wharemauku Stream that grew up near Weka Park end. Can anyone help?
