This is my precious 6yr old niece Kati. Kati was born with an extremely rare condition -she is the only case in this part of the world and although she has already endured multiple surgeries at Starship, Kati now requires major spinal surgery in a desperate fight for life as her heart and lungs are being slowly crushed.
