I bought this jacket but I have never worn it.
Waterproof with taped seams, very warm. Comes past the hips with a shaped back.
Size S fits 10 or slim 12.
Detachable hood (zipped on).
Zip up front with Velcro
Tabs with Velcro at the wrist.
