Have you heard? - Next Otaki Repair Café Saturday 04 December 10-1pm

Hanna from Otaki District

Don't throw out - think repairing first. Come to our pop-up community fix-it day at the Otaki Memorial Hall and learn or watch how it can be done.
Bring along your small faulty electrical item, like the toaster that won't keep the bread down or the lamp which no longer lights your desk. A problem with your bike, bring it along and we might be get it going again. A shirt that needs a new button or get an idea how to fix a hole in a creative way. Have a go at sharpening your knifes. Learn to make masks, and wrap presents for minimal waste - a great idea for your Xmas presents.
Skilled volunteers will be on hand with the tools and know-how to give your items a new lease on life.

We will be operating under Covid Guidelines to make sure that you and our volunteers are protected and stay safe.
