People please be aware we have a guy going around at night..around 2 am...hes on a push bike and has a backpack on..going into properties in the area...he was caught on camera 2am this morning

Have bought a 2nd hand bike so am wanting a cheap helmet to set me up for riding if anyone has one they don't need. Serviceable more important than the look. Would prefer the wrap around the head type like I used to have. Diane
