Is there not a bylaw for people begging and sleeping in the CBD
On going to the Jazz Festival on the weekend we saw at least 2 persons begging in doorways and a large amount of grubby bedding inside a doorway that appeared to be for more than one person. Not a good impression on our lovely city. I could say a lot more but there will be people who agree and disagree. There are plenty of jobs for those who want to work and make their own way in life instead of expecting handouts.
