Hi guys, I am looking for one or two boarders to share my four bedroom house in welcome bay with myself and my 10yr old son. $180 plus a share of the power and water bills which would be approximately $20 extra oer week. You will have your own bathroom/toilet/shower. Lovely subdivision-rural views (ballintoy park drive). Includes unlimited fibre, netflix, rubbish, heating, landline phone, basic household items. Will just need your own food/toiletries and preferably linen. Both rooms have waredrobes and one has a single bed. Please message me for any other info. Must be working/studying fulltime.
