A new 5 week 'Meditation Made Easy' course is being offered by the Tauranga Meditation Centre to those interested in learning to meditate, or taking a refresher course. A number of techniques will be taught. Run by Certified Meditation Teacher. Calm your mind and change your life. No Tuition cost. No religious instruction involved.
