Free tomatoes (well, sort of) for slow roasting

Rebekah from Papamoa Beach

Oh no, all my tomatoes - big, juicy beefsteaks - have ripened all at once. I grew them for slow-roasting to put in the freezer for winter - they are stunning as a pasta dish (just add feta and pasta) and on homemade pizzas.
...BUT..we are away this weekend and I have zero time to make them!

...SOOO...if anyone's keen, I'll provide the tomatoes, you provide the labour for slow-roasting, and we split them at the end!
Pick up is before 10am tomorrow, from Dalton Drive. Text me on 02102144468. I have a good recipe if needed :)
There are probably 4-6 oven trays worth of tomatoes once chopped up for slow roasting (size at least halves during roasting).

HPV-related cancers take a long time to develop, the viruses are mostly transmitted by teenagers and young adults but often aren’t diagnosed until later. That’s why it’s important for children to be immunised when they are young. Around 80% of people will be exposed to HPV at some point in their life. Protecting children before they are exposed to HPV will protect their health in the future.
