They know who she is. This dog was following us home when we went for a walk yesterday. She was asking for help. I was looking around for the owner, but she was on her own. I phoned the council a.s.a I got home and they came to pick her up. They said she has been following people before and know this dog and the owner. Unfortunately, the owner of this dog is not very responsible and let the poor thing run around without supervision. I told the council that this person need a good talking to (I could do it myself) but they would not tell me who the dog belong to. I wouldn' t be abuse to him/her, just have a friendly chat about the dog and how to be a responsible dog owner. People who can't look after their pets should not be allowed to have them. I rang the council this morning to enquire about the dog and they said they hadn't been able to get hold of the owner yet. I will keep inquiring since I'm concerned about the dog's welfare. If he/she gets the dog back it could end up in J.R again. So this is just to let people know. Cheers. 🙂
