Our home includes three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, three toilets, two spacious living rooms, a separate dining room, two outdoor living/dining areas and beautiful landscaped gardens with spa pool and greenhouse.
The interior has recently been redecorated. The house has a heat pump, wood burner, gas hot water, and a large kitchen with two full sized ovens, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher drawers etc.
This is a very private setting with a large landscaped garden, in a quiet cul-de-sac with off street parking and wonderful neighbours :-)
My business will continue to run from our home and the rent reflects this. We would consider renting indiviual bedrooms.
Rent will include internet and gardening / lawn mowing services.
