What we wanted was an Adjustable Slice Disc Assembly. They sent us the correct part and told us not to bother to return the incorrect one. It seems a shame to throw it away if someone out there would like it.
We have no idea what Breville appliance it comes from but suspect that the pictures will make it obvious to a person who needs it.
