It is said dancing is good for your health because it exercises your brain as well as your body. Anyone from under 5 years to over 80 years can enjoy dancing. Hawera is way behind other towns such as Stratford New Plymouth Whanganui in having an active dancing circle so I am hoping this message will help Maria get a regular dancing group going.
