108 Oms and Chakra Sound Meditation
Come together on the Full Moon on October 31 (6.30-7.30pm) to participate in and enjoy the vibrational energy from chanting 108 Oms. The vibrational energy from chanting 108 oms is amazing. We will start with some breathing exercises and finish with stillness. Bring your cushion, a blanket, eye pillow if you have one, your voice, good vibes and a friend.
This will be followed by a Chakra Sound Healing Meditation – 7.30-8.30pm
Tune in to your chakras as you relax to the healing and soothing sounds of seven Chakra Crystal Singing Bowls - for chakra balance, sound healing, relaxation and meditation. Close your eyes and drift off as Mahadevi takes you on a journey through your chakras, each bowl tuned to each of your seven chakras and at the frequency of 432 HZ. Listening to 432Hz music resonates inside your body, releases emotional blockages, and expands consciousness. 432Hz music allows you to tune into the knowledge of the universe around us in a more intuitive way.
