Congrats to Mayor on roading issue
Appreciate your efforts on Taranaki's behalf to take Government and Transport NZ/Waka Ko Tahi? to task on Taranaki roading. Pity our local representative has chosen to do nothing or at least not in public. Hopefully our new MP when elected will be more proactive and supportive of the people who vote him or her in. In the meantime we all await the much wanted action to reduce our rates burden.

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
