Knife Sharpening
I have a set of very good quality Mundial chef's knives. They are about 30 years old now and need to be re edged and sharpened. Any recommendations? They need an expert rather than what you get at the local shoe repairers/key kiosk. I can send them away to Jaffaland or Wellywood but would prefer to have it done here in Taradise. Very sentimental, if you know what I mean.
