Rising Rate demands, Rising Power charges, an Air-Port Terminal unused?
Will an increase in power charges and Rates impact on superannuates health and others on fixed incomes, to have an effect on the Coronavirus death numbers in our local community: People skimping on power for heating and extra rates; Stressing them now to the max! Is Base Hospital set up for a dozen case's at all? Has the NPDC or the TDC have any contingency plans at all for the Pandemic? I pray they have noticed whats going on outside their rose glass coloured circle of back-slapping!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
