Baby duckling needing a home
Hi neighbour's,
I am currently raising a new born mallard, about 2 weeks old. We rescued 5 of them that were just wandering down a road with no mama to be found, sadly only 1 survived. He is quite strong and is eating, drinking and seems healthy enough.
I am looking for someone with a homestead / already has backyard ducks or has experience to take him in.. he needs to be kept warm and fed appropriate duckling food.
I don't have the space or facilities to keep raising him as he grows. He needs special care whilst still young and as he has no mum he won't be waterproof for a long time yet.
If anyone knows of someone experienced in caring for little duckies and has the facilities to raise him please reach out.
My contact number is 0204 134 8842
Thank you 🙏

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
