Airport work
Give yourself a bit of extra time if you’re heading to the airport early next week because traffic access to the drop-off zone outside the main terminal will be reduced.
Work will begin digging up the footpath to the left of the main terminal entrance on Monday (March 26) to lay underground water services.
Incoming traffic will be reduced to one lane to allow trucks and excavators to park next to the footpath.
To ensure the safety of pedestrians and workers, traffic will also be slowed and there will be no drop offs to the left of the main entrance.
Drivers can also wait in the public car park, which is free for the first 20 minutes.
The work is expected to be completed midweek,
