N. P. DISTRICT RATEPAYERS ACTION GROUP - 2ND PUBLIC MEETING!
We had another interesting meeting last week; it gave us a chance to update the mtg. on how to take your disputed Valuations to the next level ie the Land Valuation Tribunal... If you don't agree with the Values that either QV or NPDC or TRC have given you, you can take your papers straight to the CourtHouse in N.P. Ask for a FEE WAIVER APPLICATION, this will give everyone who is on a Benefit or NZ Super, no need to pay the $90 Filing Fee OR the $900 Hearing Fee! You will not hear this from QV or NPDC or TRC! Surprise, surprise!! - not! All the Best, Heather Pantin -Lewis P.S. Let me know how you get on?
