The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Some New Zealanders are re-imagining funerals by making their own coffin or having a relaxed ceremony at home. Would you want a less traditional funeral? Share your thoughts below.

Bowen Therapy for back pain

Annemarie from Holistic Health Taranaki

Many mothers suffer years of back pain. Often they tell me that they had pain during pregnancy and it never came right.

They carry their toddlers on their hip, contort their backs to get the baby in and out of the car seat, lift their toddlers 100 times a day.
And often they add a back injury or two over the years.

Bowen therapy can help with back pain.
It can help release the fascia, and allow for reduction of pain and increase of flexibility.
Its gentle approach often allows the pelvis to realign itself, taking pressure of muscles and reducing discomfort.

Are you a mother with back pain? Try Bowen, it might just be what you have been looking for. Contact me via phone, email, messenger, or just book your appointment directly online:
