Anyone have problems with Slingshot billing? I was charged an extra $380 this month for my much-appreciated standard $70 unlimited internet/phone. They've admitted their cock-up. Despite numerous email interchanges, including that I will not receive non-payment messages because the matter is "in dispute", I am now being threatened for non-payment of the $380. I told them I would vomit bile if they "apologised for any inconvenience", but they retaliated by acknowledging my patience, or similar claptrap. Since raising the issue Monday last week, I've had three emails soliciting gratitude for their customer support. Woo bloody hoo.
