The Junction, at the New Plymouth Transfer Station
Having found the Junction at the above a wonderful place to buy unused wood, doors, fittings, curtains, plant pots,... just about anything... I was surprised to find the normally open containers locked up! Upon asking the staff why, I was told that someone from the council HSE dept had them shut down due to not being bolted down. What?
Apparently so that they wouldn't flip over in the wind.....I don't see all the port containers bolted down.
