So another Escapee users his Essential Workers Permit to get out of Auckland to attend a Witt class in New Plymouth. Now he'll have to self - isolate and have multiple tests and when he is finished those and when he's clear he'll be allowed back in CLASS. That's BS, send him back to Auckland and Fine him too. He has just put the whole of New Plymouth at risk not to Mention the rest of New Zealand. The Tutor did not report this to the police what is wrong with him too?
