Beekeeping for beginners
Taranaki Beekeeping Club Beginners Course.
Starts on 7th June in the West Baptist Church Hall at 144 South Rd at 7pm. The course is free with the expectation that you will join the beekeepers club, ($30 per year). Topics covered will enable you to start, manage and maintain a bee hive of your own.
The course is approx. 2 hours on the first Monday of each month from June to December and includes the opportunity for hands on learning at the club hives on Sunday afternoons (weather dependent).
