Bowen Therapy - the gentle fascia release bodywork
“Oh, the pain is gone…!”
Regularly I hear a client tell me this as they get off the table after a Bowen Treatment.
Instant change.
They take some gentle steps and feel into their body and look at me in happy disbelief..... 'Yeah,...... it's gone!"
I love it when their body loves Bowen, when it responds immediately to the gentle nudges it receives.
And in the days that follow, more subtle (or not so subtle) changes can happen, helping their body to cope better, feel better, function better.
Not everybody is like this, of course, every body responds differently. But if you have tried many things and still struggling with discomfort, pain or old niggling injuries, give Bowen a go. It might just be what your body can work with.
