This week we welcome all the visitors in town who are here to support the 73rd New Zealand National Dance Championships being held at the Trafalgar Centre this weekend.

All our dresses are now half price till the end of Labour Day. So get in quick to get your Christmas party, Christmas day, summer bbq, wedding as well as your Melbourne Cup Day dresses. Staff are more than willing to help you with your choices. The rain won't be here for ever.

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
