Flatmate wanted - sunny room in Marybank
I have a sunny large room for rent, freshly painted, from 12 August. Room is furnished at present with king single bed, dresser and desk, bedding included, but you can use your own furniture if preferred. House is warm and comfortable, fireplace, private garden. Parking on quiet street. One other person in house, friendly owner and 1 cat. $160 + expenses per week.

In the Franklyn village back car park phone Louise 0276025945 probably some poor wee girls Christmas present. I have left out some lettuce and carrots and cucumber in 2 different spots so she doesn’t starve overnight and alerted the SPCA. She or he may need to be trapped. Until we sort this out you can count on me to keep her well fed.
