Experienced tree felling
We are looking for trees to fell in the Nelson Tasman Bay area. The purpose is to complete a task and also be assessed by an accredited forestry instructor. Preferably rural with limited nearby hazards, forestry blocks are ok. A minimum of 10 - 20 trees and over 200mm in diameter. To be completed by the 20th of February. Trees on slopes and awkward shapes are ok. Safety and liabilities will be part of the process. Costs would be very reasonable and negotiable. Any processing or transporting of logs can be arranged. If you know of any contacts, offers within the next week or two would be great to allow time for viewing and preparation. Contact Martin 027 371 4816

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
