Have you ever wondered what it would be like to jump out of bed in the morning, completely free of creaking, sore joints; look at yourself in the mirror and almost cry because you can't believe the difference you see in your body; you can't wait to get going for the day with so much energy?? YES! it's possible !
To get from where you are now to that wonderful vision of your new life, will take a few months and baby steps to start with. No depriving yourself either. Are you ready now and . . . . willing ?
One small step you can make is to sample some of my beautiful raw food at my regular raw lunches. Afterwards you won't want to have a nanna nap - guaranteed ! You will feel more like a big walk or bike ride or maybe going home and having a clean up ! Yes, it affects you emotionally too, not just physically. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
