Post-COVID symptoms?
Three organic acid tests going out to patients today! 🙌This is the most comprehensive functional test I recommend for my long-haul COVID patients. It identifies key areas needing support, enabling a more focused approach – and a faster recovery.

✔Organic acid testing is also really useful for other post-viral syndromes, chronic fatigue, digestive complaints, lack of energy, fatigue, and lethargy, depression, anxiety, brain fog, muscle pain and unexplained health concerns where other tests are not detecting anything.
✔These test evaluates urinary metabolites, which are impacted by many factors and can change in response to diet, nutrient status, toxin exposures, exercise, physiologic demands, genetics, gut microbiome alterations, or disease stage.

Free Fruit
Free Citrus Fruit
I have been admiring the thoughtfulness of two of our neighbours who have been putting the harvest from their citrus tress (one grapefruit, one lime) outside their front gate ‘free to good home’. Earlier in the year someone put out box after box of apples
It has brought to my attention the fair number of citrus trees laden with fruit I see when out walking. Our place is ever only overloaded with grapes (easy to give away) and then feijoas (less so) but I wondered if there is anyone else who might care put their excess fruit outside their gate in these times that some are finding a bit difficult?

Experienced cleaner needed
Looking for an experienced cleaner for a short term to help get my home spruced up for the market. Looking for someone to either come for a few hours a week to do the basics and also work on areas that need a bit of a spring clean, or someone who can do a big one off spring clean. House will be on the market during September, so need someone available from last week of August to get started. Hourly rate negotiable. References from previous jobs would be welcomed. Ring Nicki for more information if this sounds like you. PH: 021 950235
