Rental needed!

Tracey from Tahunanui

Hi All!

I am in need of a new home for me and my dog (mastiffxstaffy, 9yrs) by the 22nd of March!
Having no luck with real estates.

Somewhere safe, secure and private. Fenced. Or allow me to get it fenced, temporary or permanent is up to you.

Anywhere from outskirts of Richmond- mapua - motueka - riwaka - moutere - mot valley
Bond is no problem and have references  available

Either just a place for me and dog - up to $400 per week
OR
3+bedroom or 2+ sleepout/room for caravan etc - around $650 per week - for us and one other tenant who travels round south island for work and only here half the time. He is wanting somewhere to have his kids (teens) come and stay on his days off.

Will consider anything though, even if it isn't quite up to standard/needs work etc. Happy to sign something to say I know & agree.

Holiday home/Bach been sitting empty lately? Or not earning a steady income?
Please consider us as tenants!

Looking for something long term but will take whatever I can!
Please pm me if you know of anything or can point me towards someone that can  help me.

Thankyou for reading 🙂

Poll: Should upgraded heritage buildings reflect the different eras and updates they’ve gone through over time?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Nelson City Council is working to restore the glasshouse at Broadgreen House, which has begun to crack and buckle.

We want to hear your thoughts: should heritage restoration aim to keep buildings looking as they originally did, or should it reflect the different eras and updates they’ve gone through over time?

Keen for the details? The Nelson Mail has you covered.
