Tasman District Council to add e-bike to pool fleet
Tasman District Council will soon add an e-bike to its pool vehicle fleet for staff use on short trips around the Richmond area. The $4350 e-bike is projected to provide savings of 336kg of CO2 over 973 trips a year. Do you think this is a good idea? Should other councils follow suit?
