CPR - three life-saving letters
A teacher who suffered an almost fatal cardiac arrest at a Nelson school wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for the quick actions of her colleagues who immediately started CPR on her. The school is now giving lessons to its students on this life-saving act.

Calling all those in Wheelchairs
Hi, I'm Simon .... a 44 yr old wheelchair user who wants to meet others in a similar position as myself (particularly a woman). I've been a sole parent now for almost 18 years and my son has just left the nest, so I thought it was time to start on the next stage of my life. I have cerebral palsy that effects just my legs (kinda the reason I can't walk) sooooooo if any of you are interested in getting to know me, flick me a message. I enjoy spending time with my son when he comes to visit and my pets (1 cat and 2 birds), I also enjoy building computers as well as a bit of gaming/watching TV too.
