Turning red with rage

Why is there no free turning for vehicles turning left off Waimea Rd into Motueka St in Nelson? Other than when a pedestrian has activated the crossing, there's no reason why it shouldn't be a free turn. It would certainly ease congestion at peak times. Area: Nelson, the Marlborough Sounds and Richmond Ranges
Valid: until Monday at 11 pm.
Forecast: Heavy and possibly thundery showers could bring a further 30 to 50mm of northwesterly rain, on top of what has already fallen. Peak intensities of 10 to 20mm per hour.

Nelson was battered by heavy rain and considerable swells on Sunday afternoon, Coastguard Nelson volunteers were called to rescue a yacht run aground in the Nelson Haven.

- A police spokesperson said there had been reports of a tree blocking the road at Eighty-Eight Valley, south of Nelson around 6.45am on Monday morning.
- In Golden Bay, heavy rain had caused the Aorere and Takaka Rivers to ride significantly, with surface flooding reported between Collingwood and Ferntown on Sunday.

For the car buffs, it is a Santa Fe R Crdi Elite A6; 2009, Tiptronic auto transmission 4WD; 2.2 ltr diesel engine. There are just over 122,000km on the clock.

For everyone else, this is great car for round here. 4WD, heaps of comfortable room in the back for the whanau (7 leather seats); tow bar for the boat or caravan, roof rails that fit many different styles of roof rack (note that the rails/cradles in the picture are not included in the price). With the seats folded flat I can get my MTB inside without taking the wheels off. The car has great reversing sensors and a camera that projects onto the rear view mirror which takes the angst out of maneuvering into some of Nelson's tinier parking spots.

Call Tim (021 812 609) or Linda (027 541 0876) and come take a look.

As there is a small scratch on the driver door that I do not have time to fix and she is probably due for a service and a new tyre we asking only $16,250.

Price: $16,250

There is a small scratch near driver door handle that I do not have time to fix so I am selling at a great price.
