This was the instrument that belonged to Nelson reknown bassist Elston Blaine. It has been sitting, unloved, waiting to be played again. Or perhaps it's a display item - any ideas or offers considered.
Due to continuing hot dry conditions and dropping water levels at the Maitai Dam, Nelson City Council is introducing stage three water restrictions in all urban areas, effective from Friday 1 March 2019.
