2022 Art calendars have been going out the door. I'm ready to order the next batch. A4 portrait, spiral wire bound with 17 images of paintings I have done around Nelson and New Zealand. $35.50ea includes postage anywhere in New Zealand. Just enough room to add small appointment notifications or birthdays. Price to post Australia is $46 inc postage. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
