Happy Monday everyone!
Thought I would let you all know about my beautiful new workshop that will take place at Evolve Studio in Nelson on March 5th from 2pm to 5pm. A great opportunity to master those yoga balancing poses you've been struggling with, but also to regain inner balance through breathing & meditation tips, as well as chakra awareness.
For beginners and intermediate levels.
