I have visited her house a number of times and it was always immaculate. She is a passionate gardener and did a huge amount of work improving the property. She only needs something small - up to 2 bedrooms and in the general Nelson/Wakefield/Stoke/Richmond/Tahuna/Moutere areas. She has a small timid cat who is spotlessly clean. Long-term preferred and under $350 per week.

My Tenant needs a one bedroom or studio home. He works full time, lives on his own, is 45yrs, tidy and clean, good cook, loves animals, and very easy to deal with.
My Rental Property has been very well looked after, and is in excellent condition.
He has 2x cats that have never done any damage to any furnishings in my Fully Furnished Rental Property. Nor any damage to the property .
We have sold the property and as such our Tenant needs a new home.
Reduced your stress and worry as a Landlord.....give my Tenant a home.
