'd like to assist a friend who is not on Neighbourly (yet)
She is looking for a granny flat/studio for herself, her adult son(who occasionally comes to visit) and her super friendly Jack Russell.
Preferred areas would be Central Nelson, near parks and the Maitai, but doesn't have to be. Could also be between Nelson and Wakefield where she works.Weekly rates between $ 400 and $ 450 max.

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
