Speak Where You Stand: Her Conscious Anger Workbook Reading and Workshop

Nelson Women's Centre Team from Nelson Women's Centre

More than a Book Reading.
Experience how conscious, responsible Anger can serve you.
Julia Neumann is the co-author of "Her Conscious Anger: Workbook for Women", a Radically Alive Women publication together with Alice Belz.

After a break with these book readings, she returns to Nelson Women's Centre to share from "Her Conscious Anger: Workbook for Women" and offer live experiences and practices to immediately notice the powerful impact of shifting from unconscious to conscious anger.
Women all over the globe are going through this book and legends are coming to the shore... Some women get together and really work through this book step by step, growing their connection and empowering each other. Others go through it alone and report co-dependency breakthroughs and more.
This is truly life-changing material.
Cost of the workshop: $10-25 sliding scale (choose according to your capacity)
Registration is essential. To register: email life @ julia-neumann.com or text Julia at 027 2340054.
If you can't make the workshop, check out the book at www.radicallyalivewomen.com... .
I have some paperback copies here with me which I can post within New Zealand. The price is $45 plus postage (where applicable)

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.

We want to know: Should mining projects like this move ahead?

Keen to dig deeper? Mike White has the scoop.

🐟 Spot something fishy in Nelson-Tasman?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

DOC needs your help! Two boats have been spotted showing unusual and suspicious behaviour in our marine reserves.

A new Coastwatch group—made up of government agencies and local residents—is keeping a closer eye on our waters, but more eyes mean better protection.

Can you help identify these two boats? Your tip could help protect our marine life!

We want to know: How can we, as locals, help protect our waters?
