2 free desks, each measuring approximately 3ft X 5ft. Both the same height. One has 8 drawers, (4 each side of the knee hole) and 2 cupboards (no keys) at the back, and the other has 4 drawers, ( 2 each side). Plastic/vinyl tops?. Drawers and frames are solid. Ends (varnished plywood), a bit ropy. We used them for painting pictures on but are now moving and too heavy to take with us. Buyer to collect. FREE. Help available to put on trailer.

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
