Cottage in exchange for Housekeeping / Dog Sitting / Gardening
We are looking for a responsible quiet lady to help take care of our beautiful home near Mapua in exchange for rent. Accommodation is in a comfortable and independent cottage with its own bathroom, kitchen and separate bedroom. Electricity and gas included.
We need help with housework, some gardening, and an occasional AirBnB.
Someone who likes dogs is essential – and having your own dog is a possibility … but cats would not be suitable.
We hope to find an interesting person who is reliable and caring, and who will enjoy this special place as much as we do.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
