Hippolite and her team will be travelling to Guam this year for the Under 18 World Championship qualifying tournament which will cost $3000 in total.
Lauryn Hippolite moved from Nelson to Christchurch this year and attends Middleton Grange School. “This year I moved from Nelson so that I could gain the training and assistance required to attend a Division 1 College in America in 2018 and play basketball while gaining a good quality education”.
“This has been a major goal of mine for the last few years as I wish to play professionally when I am older”.
“Thank you for helping me achieve my goals and reach my dream” says Hippolite.
