Nelson council's community services committee has approved $100,000 to fund this year's Mask Parade after Covid disrupted the planning stages. The Nelson Arts Festival Trust is organising an impromptu 'season of the arts' starting in the next few weeks which will end with the parade. Will you be going along? Calling all those in Wheelchairs
Hi, I'm Simon .... a 44 yr old wheelchair user who wants to meet others in a similar position as myself (particularly a woman). I've been a sole parent now for almost 18 years and my son has just left the nest, so I thought it was time to start on the next stage of my life. I have cerebral palsy that effects just my legs (kinda the reason I can't walk) sooooooo if any of you are interested in getting to know me, flick me a message. I enjoy spending time with my son when he comes to visit and my pets (1 cat and 2 birds), I also enjoy building computers as well as a bit of gaming/watching TV too.
