heavy machinery noise 10pm maitai
has anyone else heard a heavy machinery (possibly car? ) noise in the Maitai around 10 to 10.30pm some evenings. For a while there it sounded like a skill saw and I wondered if they were cutting the water pipes there by cloustin terrace. I went up maitai road one night to see if it was boy racers but it was quiet as. Meanwhile the noise had stopped by then though.
WANTED: Clothes rack
Suitable for hanging shirts and dresses on, not really for drying purposes, more for like instead of a wardrobe.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
