Work Fit - Job Hunting Course

Paul McGregor from Adult Learning Support

Hey everyone, if you're hunting for a job, we have a free course for you that starts soon!

Maybe you left school recently and are struggling to identify the skills you have to offer. Or perhaps you're coming back to the big scary job market after parental leave. You might be changing career after several years working a hard physical job.

Whatever it is, you’ll practise everything you need to get a good job.
* Identify the skills you have to offer employees
* Make a CV you understand
* Be more confident in interviews
* Get a support crew behind you
* Use computers to find and apply for jobs
* Gain Unit Standards so you stand out (optional)
* Work on your learner driver licence theory (optional)

It’s a free 10 week course running 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) from 10am to 2pm.

If you're keen - message us on Neighbourly, email coordinator@adultlearning.co.nz, phone 03 548 3041 or text 027 2288 036. Or, come in and see us Monday to Thursday at 43 Montgomery Square in Nelson.
