Mapua Boat Club Regatta, Sunday 21st February 2021
Fun day out for the whole family, come on down to the Mapua wharf and participate in the events on offer. There will be 5hp outboard racing, kayak event, small sailboat, paddleboard, RC yachts plus the famous Mapua Cup event featuring the Tamaha Sea Scouts. There will be two races within the kayak, paddleboard and sailing races - competitive and recreational. Event highlights the Mapua Boat Club and their facilities down at Port Mapua wharf area. Make a day of it and come and support the local businesses, plenty of choices for delicious lunches, icecreams, drinks and coffee
Registration is from 9am down at the Mapua jetty and there will be a race briefing at 10am with racing commencing from 10.30am
